Our Team Building Program is designed to bring out the best in your staff by strengthening the working team, enhancing creative thinking, developing project and management skills, and creating a fun & humorous environment for constructive competition.
And we will work with you to design a program that reflects the make-up of your participants, works with your budget and will be a huge success.
Participating in this program will leave your staff with the benefits of an effective team building experience along with the memories of a fun and exciting project filled with interesting surprises and twists long after this event is over.
Here's how it works:
Imagine a group of colleagues working together to write a song. It could be about their organization or for a charity. Using a familiar tune, groups work together to create a unique message, and have great fun in the process. Each group then presents their song to the larger group. One song is selected by everyone. Finally, the entire group sings and/or records the winning song together! And each participant can have a CD copy of the newly created song.
This activity combines constructive collaboration, effective communications, project ownership, creativity, leadership, humor and lots of fun.
And at the conclusion, not only will you have a hit song but we can have the opportunity to dissect the process to determine what was successful and what might have improved the working relationship of the group in order to be more successful.

One of the beauties of this program is that it can include a philanthropic component. Making a difference in the lives of others can be an incredibly rewarding experience. Doing it with your colleagues and having it benefit your work place at the same time is an added bonus.
Writing a song that could be used for the betterment of an important charity is a rewarding feeling. And your team will know that together, you've made a concrete contribution to an important cause. In addition to a sense of pride and accomplishment, if you choose, CDs of the recorded song can be available for participants as well as the organizations involved. And at the end of the day, this experience will have been bonding, fun and instructive.
Packages Offered:
Your program can run for part of day, a full day, or be incorporated into a larger conference or retreat. It's great for a group of 10 or 400.
